Job Description

As a Product Operations Associate, you will be key in ensuring the smooth launch and ongoing management of our innovative product portfolio. You will work closely with product management, order management, sales, supply chain, demand planning, marketing, engineering, and other key stakeholders. Your work will be central to ensuring product data is accurate and readily available, enabling our partners and customers to easily order our products, and directly contributing to efficient sales and a positive customer experience.

Reporting to the Senior Product Operations Manager, this role requires a blend of technical acumen, operational efficiency, and strong interpersonal capabilities.
