Junior Solar and BESS Engineer

We are looking for a Junior Solar and BESS Engineer to develop solar and battery projects from the ground up: turning a client brief into a designed, modelled and costed solution that our business developers can present. This is a hands‑on technical role for someone who wants to learn how these systems work and how they are designed, costed and justified financially. You will own the engineering and commercial groundwork behind every proposal.

• Receive project inputs from business developers (client requirements, electricity bills, load profiles, site details) and translate them into a clear technical brief.
• Conduct site visits where required to gather data, take photographs, verify constraints and understand the client requirement in detail.
