ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Work closely with product owners, frontend and backend developers, UX/UI engineers in a scrum team.
- Understand functions and features of products from end user’s perspective. Identify and elevate issues of immature design and incomplete understanding.
- Plan test activities and derive test cases for new features and impacted features.
- Perform manual and automation testing, report bugs and create test reports. Access the readiness of new releases.
- Handle user feedbacks, do issues analysis and troubleshooting to optimise test cases and improve app quality.
- Prepare mobile Apps documents, e.g. troubleshooting document, user manual, etc.
- Be able to work on multiple projects with clear sense of priority and meet project schedule.
- At least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Computer Engineering or equivalent....
