Service Now Jr. Admin About the Role We need a ServiceNow Junior Administrator to support daily platform operations. This role suits someone with basic ServiceNow knowledge who enjoys troubleshooting and wants to grow into a more technical position. You’ll work with senior admins and developers to keep the platform stable and organized. Key Responsibilities Manage routine admin tasks: user accounts, roles, groups, and access. Configure basic forms, fields, lists, and simple UI updates in ITSM or HAM/SAM. Help maintain data quality and clean up outdated records. Investigate user issues and escalate when needed. Support small enhancements like catalog updates, notifications, and simple workflows. Assist with upgrades, testing, and general maintenance. Keep documentation updated.
