JetZen Aviation , a U.S.-based private jet brokerage serving an elite global clientele, is seeking a highly motivated, detail-driven Bilingual Sales Assistant to support a senior Private Jet Broker operating at the top of the UHNW market.
This is not a passive administrative role. You will be the operational and commercial engine behind the Sr. broker, managing a sophisticated international client database, reactivating dormant UHNW relationships, and proactively engaging new prospects across phone, email, WhatsApp, and Telegram. You will need to be flexible in your role as you will be defining CRM data, speaking directly with a Principal, Chief of Staff, or Family Office representative in Moscow, London, or Dubai, and managing outreach alongside the Sr. Broker.
