Junior RF Engineer: GaN Power Amplifier Design

WavesLab at Universitat Autonoma de Barcelona is seeking a motivated Junior RF Designer to join our research team working on GaN-based high-efficiency RF power amplifiers. You will help design, simulate, and test RF/microwave circuits for wireless and radar systems.

You will collaborate with PhD students and researchers, gain access to advanced measurement tools, and contribute to publications while developing your skills in a cutting-edge, academic environment.
