Junior Regional Ops Manager

Minimum requirements

• Matric
• Diploma or higher in Operations Management, or related field would be an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of operations, finance, quality, HR, and customer relations
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to solve problems and adapt to change
• Computer literacy in MS Office, Zoho, Flooid Hospitality, and Teams.
• Own reliable transport
• 5-10 Years experience in a multidisciplinary role (including 5+ years in management)
• Must have experience in the restaurant, catering and Alied Trades industry
• Obtain budgets within the region and drive sales
• Maintaining food costs in the region
• Maintaining labour costs in the region
• Maintaining other supplies in the region
