Junior Recruiting Specialist -EMEA( Sourcing & Coordination, Fixed-term)

Responsibilities

• Conduct proactive sourcing across LinkedIn Recruiter and other channels
• Build talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
• Conduct recruiter phone screens and initial candidate assessments
• Maintain candidate records and recruiting activity within ATS
• Support interview coordination and candidate communication when needed
• Provide market insights and talent mapping for key hiring areas

Profile

• Recent graduate or early-career professional (0-2 years experience)
• Previous recruiting internship or recruiting coordination experience is required, sourcing experience is strongly preferred
• Good English communication skills, other European languages are preferred
• Detail-oriented and highly organized
• Comfortable working across multiple systems and stakeholders
