Responsibilities:
- Prepare, maintain and management of tender documents comprises of BOQ, tender clarifications and unit prices etc.
- To carry out taking off quantities.
- Measure of quantities from drawings. Prepare proposal and quotation to customer.
- Evaluation of price comparison and costing summary.
- Prepare tender documents to subcontractor / vendor for quotations.
- To source quotations for relevant trade works including price comparison and cost analysis.
- Ability to raise tender queries/ design discrepancies timely for clarification. Ensure all Suppliers equipment selection and Subcontractors quote meets tender requirements.
- Prepare accurate cost estimates for projects, taking into account materials, labour, equipment, and other related costs.
- Ability to handle tender correspondences and addendum to update changes made to tender documents.
