Responsibilities- Carry out all aspects of works related to quantity surveying, including taking off measurement and monthly progress claim.
- Price comparison and preparation of subcontract agreements.
- Cost estimation and payment response to subcontractors.
- Call quotation and subcontract procurement.
- Handle pre‑ and post‑contract administration.
- Handle and follow up progress claims, progress certifications, variation orders, and settlement of final account with main contractors, subcontractors and suppliers.
- Candidate must possess at least Higher Secondary / Pre‑U / A‑level / College qualification.
- Preferably 3 years of working experience in the related field.
- Preferably a Junior Executive specialized in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
