Webuild is seeking a Junior Quantity Surveyor to support our Contracts and QS team in an exciting infrastructure project. You will assist in subcontractor payments, validate working reports, and track project costs to ensure accuracy. The position requires strong analytical skills and computer proficiency while working closely with subcontractors and suppliers.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in administering subcontractor payment applications
• Review labor reports and supporting documentation
• Validate equipment utilization and supplier invoices
• Create monthly cost and payment records
• Liaise with various departments to resolve discrepancies
Requirements:
• 3-5 years' experience as Quantity Surveyor
