Junior Quality Engineer

What your role will challenge you to do
You will become an integral part of the quality function, ensuring products consistently meet stringent customer and industry standards.

• Drive product quality through APQP, PPAP, FMEA and control plans
• Analyse data using SPC tools and translate trends into corrective action
• Support new product launches with measurement capability and validation
• Manage customer concerns and internal defects through structured problem-solving (8D)
• Ensure processes, procedures and inspections are aligned to quality standards

In this role, quality is not theoretical. It is real-time, measurable, and visible on every part delivered.
What you bring

• 3+ years experience within automotive manufacturing quality
