Guest Operation Coordinator focused on quality assurance operations, based in Madrid and fluent in Spanish. Your primary focus is to guarantee the seamless operation of the guest flow, from pre‑check‑in to post‑check‑out, verify the quality and cleanliness of apartments, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable stay.
This role is performed from Monday to Sunday, with shifts from 9 to 18 and 2 days off per week.
Responsibilities
- Manage the guest operations from check‑in to check‑out, including resolution of guest requests and complaints.
- Ensure the cleanliness and high quality condition of the apartments.
