Responsibilities
- Perform regression, integration, and performance testing to validate software stability.
- Conduct both manual and automated testing to ensure software quality, identifying defects and areas for improvement.
- Test across multiple devices and browsers to ensure full compatibility.
- Report issues and bugs in Jira, documenting all findings clearly.
- Verify that reported bugs have been successfully resolved by the development team.
- Attend daily QA team meetings to discuss tasks, new issues, and potential blockers.
- Assist in resolving support tickets reported by users and internal teams.
