Role Purpose
We are seeking a motivated Junior Proposal Engineer to support the Engineering and Sales teams in the preparation of technical proposals, quotations, and project documentation for customers.
The selected candidate will spend the first few (4-6) months at CT PACK headquarters in Ferrara, Italy , for initial training and on-the-job mentoring, before relocating to the Puebla, Mexico site.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with senior engineers and the Sales team in preparing technical proposals and commercial quotations;
- Analyze customer requirements and contribute to the development of tailored technical solutions;
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation, drawings, layouts, and specifications related to proposals;
