Job Description

  • Updating and auditing digital records using key software tools, including technical data analysis.
  • Conducting gap analyses and defining corrective action plans to address identified issues.
  • Managing document recovery processes and coordinating remediation activities to resolve critical findings.
  • Monitoring regulatory compliance requirements and coordinating activities with the relevant Property Managers.
  • Overseeing ordinary and extraordinary maintenance activities carried out by the team and preparing related reports and performance documentation.

Qualifications

  • Degree in Architecture or Engineering or Surveyor
  • 2–3 years of experience in property or facility management sector
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines in a dynamic environment.
  • Native Italian and good level in english
