Role Description
The Junior Project Manager will assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of projects under the supervision of a Senior Project Manager or Project Manager. This role is ideal for an aspiring project manager who is looking to gain hands‑on experience and develop their project management skills in a dynamic environment.
Core Responsibilities
Project Coordination
- Assist in the development of project plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Support project kick-off meetings and continuously monitor project progress.
- Invoice and forecasting tracking, including adding project codes and following up on approvals.
- Managing the onboarding and offboarding of resources.
Communication
- Serve as a point of contact for project stakeholders and team members.
- Prepare and distribute project status reports.
