We are seeking a Junior Project Manager, based in Milan, to manage the successful planning, coordination, and implementation of water treatment plant and pipeline construction projects. You will take ownership of assigned projects, coordinate multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders, and ensure delivery in terms of time, cost, quality, and safety. Supported by experienced project managers, you will independently drive project execution and develop your project leadership skills.

Job Requirements
- Degree in Engineering or comparable technical qualification
- First experience in project management of industrial plant or infrastructure projects
- Experience managing small to medium-sized projects (€ 0.5–10M)
- Experience in budgeting, cost control, and resource planning
