Junior Project Coordinator for Roofing

Join our commercial roofing team as a Junior Project Coordinator, where you'll assist in organizing and managing project delivery. Your role supports contract administration, documentation, and field operations.
Reporting directly to the Construction Manager, the Junior Project Coordinator is integral in all phases of project delivery, from contract award to closeout. You will work on maintaining project schedules, coordinating crew travel, and supporting procurement processes. Strong organizational and time-management skills are essential as you handle multiple projects concurrently.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist with project setup and contract administration
• Coordinate crew travel arrangements and accommodations
• Track Living Out Allowance (LOA) records for field teams
• Manage site logistics, including rentals and waste bins
