Junior Project Coordinator Electrical

Our growing business is currently seeking a Junior Project Coordinator to join our commercial electrical contractor company.

Job Responsibilities

• Ability to read blueprints, plan sets & analyze drawings and specifications
• Communicate with customers, foremen, sub contractors & suppliers to ensure projects run smoothly
• Liaise regularly with clients, sub-contractors, vendors and internal parties (foreman & electricians)
• Coordinate with the implementation and updates of planning and scheduling systems and procedures to ensure project activities are planned and scheduled in adequate detail
• Coordinate project administrative functions, shop drawing control, change order & work orders control
• Continued development and maintenance of existing project manpower required on each project
• Assists with the preparation of regular progress reports
• Ensures compliance with quality control procedures
