Job Description Summary

As a Procurement Coordinator, you'll assist the Onboarding & Support Team by coordinating the flow of requests that come in from HelpHub, Support Inboxes, SMF Collection, COI compliance and the Ask for Help queue. Responsibilities

• Lead in reviewing incoming emails. Redirecting or solving the inquiries for our vendors and users.
• Manage incoming requests from HelpHub filtering them to the correct SME for guidance in the PTO tech stack.
• Drive increased collections on SMF via quick communication with vendors who are seeking clarity on how and why it needs to be paid.
• Coordinate the collection COIs to ensure vendors are in compliance with Risk Management Standards. Increase compliance ratings for each business unit by 5% each quarter.
