Junior OpenShift Support Engineer – Cloud Ops & Growth

Thakral One is looking for a Junior OpenShift Engineer L1 Support based in Metro Manila. In this role, you will perform entry-level support tasks for OpenShift clusters, learning to monitor and resolve issues with guidance. You will assist in service requests, ensure proper documentation, and escalate issues when necessary.

The ideal candidate should have up to one year of IT support experience, basic Linux knowledge, and a willingness to learn OpenShift administration. This position offers a 1-year contract with business hours and on-call coverage during weekends.
