Junior Ocean Import Coordinator

We are looking for Canadians of permanent residence holders who have the drive to learn and grow in our organization. Must be enthusiastic and be a team player.

Key Responsibilities

• Shipment Coordination: Track and trace inbound ocean containers, monitoring critical milestones from origin port to final delivery.
• Documentation: Prepare, verify, and process vital shipping documents, including Bills of Lading, arrival notices, and commercial invoices.
• Customs Support: Liaise with customs brokers to ensure freight is released promptly and free from costly storage or demurrage charges.
• Communication & Problem Solving: Serve as the first point of contact for clients, truckers, and overseas agents. Proactively flag and resolve shipping delays or exceptions.
• Billing & Auditing: Audit carrier/vendor invoices against internal quotes and process customer billing.
