Duties

Support network service implementation and handle equipment configuration changes

Troubleshoot network issues and provide timely technical support

Coordinate with internal teams and customers for service delivery

Conduct network testing, verification and health checks

Support 7x24 shift duty and emergency network updates

Requirements

At least 1 years of working experience in IT industry

Holder of Higher Diploma or above in IT related discipline

Knowledge of routers, switches, firewalls and network protocols

Familiar with network configuration, SFP/GBIC and asset management

Good communication skills, responsible and able to work under pressure

Fluent in English and Chinese, including Cantonese and Mandarin

CCNA and relevant experience preferred
