Junior Mortgage Processor

Description

MUST HAVE MORTGAGE EXPERIENCE. You will review incoming files, complete order-outs, and be an all‑around supportive team member to ensure that other teammates are able to focus effectively on their primary responsibilities. Encompass experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Track Lead Notes received from LO (Loan Officer)
• Monitor incoming “App Submitted” emails, and set up the Encompass files to align with LO Lead Notes
• Complete “File Set‑up” review when App & Docs are received from the client. Includes ordering credit, organizing docs in Encompass, correcting obvious errors on the client app, etc.
• Send files to the Pre‑Approval team when we have sufficient docs for them to complete their review.
