In this role, you’ll support daily mining objectives and execute plans that align with business goals. You will collaborate with various teams including Operations and Geology, contributing to safer and more efficient mining practices. The focus will be on optimizing shovel strategies and coordinating with the Mine Operations team.
Key Responsibilities: • Lead safety initiatives and adhere to all procedures • Support development of 3-day and weekly mine plans • Create shovel strategies and monitor production performance • Develop shovel dig limits for the Minestar dispatch system • Prepare visual plans for Mine and Technical Leadership Teams
