Junior Manufacturing Engineer

At **Gecko Alliance** we excel not only in the initial stages of design and development, but also in the technological and manufacturing know-how required to transform an idea into a manufactured product.
As a **Junior Manufacturing Engineer**, your role is central, being the liaison between Production and the R&D department during development of new products.
To perform this successfully you must demonstrate ability to identify product improvement, while designing and develop testing tools.
Activities related to the position:
- Evaluate existing manufacturing processes and workflows to identify improvement areas.
- Develop standardized design criteria across all product lines (DFM).
- Supports the introduction of new products.
- Designs and assembly of new production tools.
- Participates in the qualification of subcontractors and suppliers and cost reduction projects.
