ROLE OVERVIEW:

Our front-line leader who manages the distributors and trade for the designated territory to ensure effective and efficient distribution operations and deliver sales, Key Performance Indicators / targets.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Cold Chain Management – Oversee the transportation, storage, and distribution of temperature-sensitive products.
• Compliance & Quality Control – Ensure adherence to food safety regulations,
• Process Optimization – Implement strategies to improve efficiency, reduce wastage, and minimize temperature deviations.
• Technology & Monitoring – Utilize temperature tracking systems and data analytics for real-time monitoring.
• Collaborate with logistics partners, warehouses, and suppliers to maintain cold chain integrity
