Junior Logistics officer

Job Description

· Responsible for accurate freight bill processing and verification using are client logistics systems.

· Coordinate with transporters, drivers, and manufacturing plants for vehicle tracking, timely dispatch, and issue resolution.

· Prepare and maintain MIS reports using MS Excel to support logistics and billing analysis.

· Ensure timely submission, reconciliation, and compliance of freight and logistics documentation .

· Liaise with finance and operations teams to resolve billing discrepancies and support month-end closures.

· Utilize SAP or other ERP systems for logistics data entry and reporting (where applicable).

· Apply strong analytical and negotiation skills to manage freight-related queries and cost discussions.

· Demonstrate effective coordination and communication skills with internal and external stakeholders.
