At this moment, our client is seeking a dynamic and motivated Legal Counsel to join their international legal team. This position is central to the company’s contractual, regulatory, and corporate operations.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Customer Contract Negotiation:
- Drafting and negotiating a range of agreements, including NDAs, Master Service Agreements, Construction & Maintenance Agreements, Indefeasible Right of Use (IRU) Agreements, and Landing Party Agreements.
- Supplier Contract Negotiation:
- Managing supplier contracts for construction and services, Master Service Agreements, and related commercial agreements.
