We're looking for a Junior L2 Production Support Engineer with hands‑on experience in Python and Shell Scripting to support mission‑critical business applications.
Key Responsibilities- Provide Level 2 production support for business applications and batch jobs
- Monitor applications, troubleshoot incidents, and ensure SLA compliance
- Develop and maintain Python and Shell scripts for automation
- Execute SQL queries, analyze logs, and resolve production issues
- Support application deployments, job scheduling, and system monitoring
- Work closely with development and infrastructure teams
- Minimum 2 years of application/production support experience
- Hands‑on experience with Python, Shell Scripting, SQL, and Linux/Unix
- Basic knowledge of Java/J2EE applications
