We are looking for a detail‑oriented KYC Agent to support client onboarding, document verification, and account review processes. This role is responsible for ensuring customer profiles are complete, accurate, and compliant with internal policies and regulatory requirements before and during the client relationship.
Location: Clifton Park Tower, Pakistan
Experience: 0–3 years
Schedule: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Responsibilities
- Review new account opening forms and supporting documents for completeness and accuracy.
- Verify customer information and other onboarding documents.
- Follow up with applicants to obtain missing documents, clarifications, or updated information.
- Coordinate with sales, operations, compliance, and customer support teams to resolve onboarding issues quickly.
