This role supports the kitchen brigade, aligns with menu specifications, and aims to maintain the highest hygiene and quality standards in a fast-paced hotel environment.

Responsibilities include assisting senior chefs, preparing mis-en-place, controlling food stock and costs, and coordinating with other sections to ensure
