Requirements

• Take responsibility for the smooth running of all staff desktops, phones, and other hardware such as laptops and teleconference facilities for all users to ensure efficiency and maximise productivity of internal staff for a 24‑hour business.
• Installation/configuration of software including email, antivirus or any third‑party applications requested by the customer.
• Provide support for any IT related issue as directed by management.
• Maintain, upgrade and troubleshoot all customer hardware including PCs and peripherals, network devices or other devices requested by the manager.
