Junior IT Systems Administrator – Full-Time Position
Provide daily technical support for desktop computer systems and peripheral equipment, with a focus on troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving user issues.
Responsibilities
- Supervised responsibility for troubleshooting and diagnosing desktop computer systems and peripheral equipment problems
- Supervised responsibility for IT support operations, including but not limited to receiving and tracking user requests, assigning priority and responsible persons, resolving requests and notifying users
- Shared responsibility for installation, configuration, maintenance and upgrades of desktop computer systems and peripherals (e.g., network cards, printers, modems, mice, add-in boards, copiers, etc.)
- Supervised responsibility for asset management of desktop computer systems (hardware and software inventories, licensing, systems decommissioning, etc.)
