Ali & Sons Holding LLC is looking for a Junior IT Support Engineer to provide technical support for computer hardware, software, and IT equipment across the organization. The successful candidate will help ensure smooth day-to-day IT operations by resolving technical issues, installing and maintaining IT equipment, and supporting end users in line with company standards.
Key Responsibilities- Provide desk-side support for hardware, software, and IT-related issues.
- Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot computers, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.
- Respond to user support requests and resolve issues within agreed service levels.
- Escalate complex technical issues to senior IT team members when required.
- Maintain accurate records of IT assets, hardware, software, and support activities.
