Junior Internal Control & Compliance Analyst

The Junior Internal Control & Compliance Analyst will support the implementation, monitoring and continuous improvement of internal control, market compliance, anti-corruption, sanctions and KYC processes within a fast-paced energy trading environment. The role requires strong analytical capability, attention to detail, sound judgment and the ability to work closely with front office, operations and support functions to promote a robust culture of compliance.

• Administer and maintain the internal procedures database, including drafting, updating, reviewing and ensuring consistency with internal control and governance standards.
