Junior / Intermediate Environmental Consultant

PGL Environmental Consultants is seeking a Junior / Intermediate Level Environmental Consultant to join our team. This role is based in Whitby, ON . Employees work a 37.5‑hour week and have the option to work from home or at the office as needed.

Responsibilities

• Soil, groundwater, surface water, and soil vapour sampling;
• Drilling investigations (Phase II Environmental Site Assessments);
• Environmental monitoring, including water quality sampling, construction supervision, and liaison with site personnel, clients, and regulatory agencies;
• Site remediation;
• Budgeting and reporting;
• Reviewing policies and systems;
• Contributing to PGL’s corporate initiatives.
