About the role

A boutique accounting practice is seeking a Junior / Intermediate Accountant to join their team on a full-time basis. The role covers a mix of compliance and advisory work, with direct exposure to managers and directors.
 
Key responsibilities

• Preparation of financial statements and income tax returns for individuals, SMEs, trusts, companies, partnerships, and SMSFs
• Preparation of BAS
• Supporting tax advisory work including CGT, Division 7A, tax planning and structuring
• Liaising with the ATO and external parties
• Preparing client workpapers
• Assisting with client relationship management
