Responsibilities

• Provide first-line support for hardware, software, and internal insurance systems, diagnosing and resolving common user issues.
• Assist staff with access to systems, including password resets, user account setup, and permissions management in line with data protection policies.
• Support the monitoring of cyber security and data protection practices, identifying potential risks and escalating concerns in line with FCA and GDPR requirements.
