This Insurance Officer mission is open for a junior freelancer, or an employee starting by a fixed term contract, with a possibility of permanent contract after a few months.
You will be responsible, among others, of :
- Claims Management: Registration of new claims, defining whether a claim should be reported, adding in the CRM, monitoring claims with project managers, experts, and brokers.
- Administration of Insurance Policies: Reviewing newly issued policies, checking whether project policies need to be extended, verifying related endorsements, and ensuring overall policy compliance.
- CRM Monitoring and New Project Analysis: Reviewing newly entered projects, verifying project durations, monitoring project completion, enabling transition when there is a maintenance period, and ensuring data accuracy.
