Key Responsibilities HR Business Partnering Support
  • Support HRBPs in day‑to‑day HR operations and employee lifecycle activities (onboarding, confirmation, transfers, exits)
  • Act as a first point of contact for employee queries on HR policies and procedures
  • Assist in performance management processes, including documentation and tracking
  • Support employee engagement initiatives and internal communications
  • Maintain accurate HR records and ensure compliance with Singapore employment regulations
Training & Development Coordination
  • Coordinate end‑to‑end training activities (scheduling, logistics, attendance tracking)
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders and external training vendors
  • Maintain training calendars and learning management systems (LMS)
  • Track training effectiveness, feedback, and completion rates
  • Support development of training materials and learning content
