Key Responsibilities HR Business Partnering Support
- Support HRBPs in day‑to‑day HR operations and employee lifecycle activities (onboarding, confirmation, transfers, exits)
- Act as a first point of contact for employee queries on HR policies and procedures
- Assist in performance management processes, including documentation and tracking
- Support employee engagement initiatives and internal communications
- Maintain accurate HR records and ensure compliance with Singapore employment regulations
- Coordinate end‑to‑end training activities (scheduling, logistics, attendance tracking)
- Liaise with internal stakeholders and external training vendors
- Maintain training calendars and learning management systems (LMS)
- Track training effectiveness, feedback, and completion rates
- Support development of training materials and learning content
