Overview
We are looking for a Junior HR Generalist to support day-to-day people operations and employee lifecycle processes. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, has strong stakeholder management skills, and is passionate about building a great employee experience.
The role will work closely with business teams, recruiters, employees, and cross-functional stakeholders across various HR initiatives.

- Support end-to-end employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, documentation, HRMS updates, confirmations, and exit management
- Coordinate and drive employee engagement initiatives, events, and culture activities
