Junior High WIN Teacher

J.J. Bowlen Catholic Junior High School is seeking a WIN Junior Teacher. WIN Junior (Grades 7–9) is designed to provide alternative, flexible pathways for students to access learning based on their unique strengths and needs. The program focuses on developing essential skills for real-world success, emphasizing literacy, numeracy, social-emotional development, and foundational life skills through a collaborative, student-centered approach.

As a Program of Choice, WIN Junior empowers families to select a learning environment that best meets their child’s needs. While students may be recommended for the program, enrollment remains a family decision. WIN Junior combines specialized classroom experiences with curriculum opportunities tailored to student interests, strengths, and goals, creating an engaging and personalized learning journey that fosters growth, confidence, independence, and lifelong learning.
