As a Junior Hazardous Materials Technician at WSP, you will support environmental and building science projects that protect people, property, and communities. This entry‑level role allows you to develop technical skills while working alongside experienced professionals on meaningful, real‑world projects.

Your Impact

• Support hazardous materials surveys and assessments in buildings and field environments.
• Collect samples for asbestos, metals (e.g., lead), PCBs, microbials, and other hazardous substances.
• Contribute to the development of hazardous materials management plans, safe work procedures, abatement specifications, and exposure control plans.
• Conduct hazardous materials condition assessments.
• Conduct hazardous material abatement/remediation inspections and air monitoring.
