Junior Global Supply Chain Planner – Raw Materials

Responsibilities

• Daily management of demands from compounding plants and making the purchases to replenish stock.
• Solve problems of raw material shortages.
• Liaise with the local material coordinators/site supply chain managers to ensure a smooth and aligned day-to-day planning process.
• Participate in cross functional initiatives as the accountable person for fragrances planning.
• Optimization and continuous improvement of material availability; global inventory days; inventory write-off; and obsolete/slow moving inventory.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Sciences or equivalent work experience.
• At least 3 years of experiences in material planning, supply planning, or operations.
• Hands‑on experience with SAP IBP (order‑based planning/Excel add‑in) or similar advanced planning systems; SAP ECC/S4 master data familiarity preferred.
