Junior FM Engineer (Mechanical Background)

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in Facility Management Companies within the UAE
• Strong technical skills
• Experience in CAFM
• Familiar with FM applications
• Vendor cafe
• Oracle based applications

Responsibilities

• Monitor day to day operations
• Handle help desk calls and emails
• Follow-up with technical team
• Close the work orders
• Generate PPM plans
• Prepare reports weekly and monthly
• Coordinate with vendors
• Prepare the quotes
• Assist in all technical and admin works
