Junior Flavour Scientist: Sensory & Product Innovation

Croda is seeking a Flavour Developer based in Shah Alam, Malaysia. The successful candidate will manage flavour collections and work closely with various teams to create specific flavours that meet customer requirements. They will be responsible for product application into trial food products and evaluating new designs by sensory methods.

The role requires a Bachelor's Degree in Food Science or Technology, strong olfactory skills, and at least 2 years of relevant experience. Proficiency in MS Office and good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia are required.
