Job Description:
- Assist with the design and development of fire engineering solutions for building projects
- Support the design of sprinkler systems, smoke control, and stair pressurisation systems
- Contribute to deemed-to-satisfy and rational fire safety designs in accordance with SANS regulations
- Prepare technical reports, drawings, and project documentation
- Participate in project coordination, site inspections, and client meetings
- Assist with tender documentation and contract administration
- Work closely with multidisciplinary engineering teams to deliver high-quality project outcomes
Skills & Experience:
- 5+ years' experience in Fire Engineering within a consulting engineering environment
- Good understanding of SANS fire regulations and fire safety design principles
