Junior Finance Executive – Global Operations

Location - Hinjawadi, Pune

We are looking for a highly motivated and analytical finance professional to join our team and work closely with the CEO on finance, accounting, and business operations. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain exposure to global finance processes, financial planning, business strategy, compliance, and management reporting.

The selected candidate will be groomed for future leadership responsibilities and will play a key role in building scalable financial systems and controls across multiple geographies. Over time, this position is expected to evolve into a strategic finance leadership role with the potential to grow into a Finance Manager, Head of Finance, and ultimately CFO position.
